In fairness, discouraging people from speaking
out about technical issues at the station
contributes to many of the longterm & ongoing
challenges facing programming at the station.
It's been quite helpful to find out that other
people are facing common problems, and to share ideas on how they are adapting.

And all of the active members of the listserv are
impacted by our ability to broadcast, online or
otherwise, so the discussion is pretty relevant.
