 Afternoon,
 I hope this finds you well as the weather begins
 to get colder. 
 I, among many others, have notice the general
 untidiness of the OACR. This space is not mine as much as it
 is not yours. It belongs to WNUR. We are extremely
 privileged to have this space on campus. There are countless
 other college radio stations that have nowhere near the
 amenities which we do. As fortunate as we are to have this,
 it is our responsibility to respect this space. That is
 simple as cleaning up after yourself. Don't leave trash
 in the OACR, don't leave an open liquid near any
 equipment (see below) and put your records and CDs away at
 the end of your shift. If you borrow some equipment from the
 OACR, return it as you found it when you are
 finished. 
 Additionally, we must treat our equipment with
 respect. For example, when you drop those headphone on the
 ground and leave them there, that tells us you don't
 care about the equipment. It tells us that buying new
 equipment wouldn't make a difference because new
 headphone will end up the ground and 1/4" jacks will be
 stolen. In short, please use this space with respect for
 yourself and for everyone else.     

 Finally, in terms of the mail in the upstairs
 office. That office is a mess and I apologize. If you are an
 Executive Producer or you manage your show's mail,
 please plan to pick up your mail from the upstairs office
 this Saturday, October 26th and onward. It will be organized
 and ready for pick up then. 
 I hope you have a wonderful weekend and take part
 in some Halloween cheer, if that's your
 thing.
